We screen each and every one of our clients before they commence training with us at Holistic Fitness.

This simple screen gives us the ideal start point for each client and ensures we know exactly where to start in order to correct movement, decrease asymmetries (if necessary) and then provide an individualised corrective exercise program which will fast-track them into our training systems.

Strength and Movement

Strength training has a host of benefits including muscle and connective tissue strengthening and increasing bone density.

On top of these benefits, getting strong also opens up many different training pathways which can be explored and will be the most important quality you can build in the gym on top of your movement.

Small Group Training and Personal Training

Our small group training aims to build consistency, strength, habits, knowledge and variation. Head over to our "classes" tab for more info.
Personal Training is for those wanting to be pushed to the next level with the complete attention and direction from a 1-1 coach. These sessions utilise the same principles and systems as our group classes, only with a more focused approach and tunnel vision towards your goals.

Our class memberships are:

$45-$60 per week for ALL classes to choose from.

Personal Training:

$60.00 per session 1-1, or $30.00 per session 2-1.
