Holistic Fitness has developed a system of strength and movement for the small group classes that will teach you how to gain real world strength and form lasting habits that will set you up for life.

3 x classes of your choice per week: $45.00

Unlimited Classes per week: $60.00
Kahui Strength
Kahui Strength is the main-stay of Holistic Fitness. In this class, you will be getting strong. Very strong. Kahui Strength demands consistency, dedication, and an intelligent, systemised approach that will challenge your ideas and interpretations of strength training.

Utilising all of the strength methods (powerlifting, strongman/woman, kettlebells, gymnastics and calisthenics) Kahui Strength aims to broaden the training knowledge and forge habits in place that will be with you for life.




Movement Medicine
Movement Medicine is the perfect compliment to Kahui Strength.
​
This class is your answer to getting more mobile, increasing stability, balance and control of your body utilising developmental movement theories and techniques that will reteach your body how to move effectively again.
​
This class is anything but easy, so be ready to be challenged.
​




Basic Gymnastics
Basic Gymnastics is for everyone who wants to challenge their bodies in different ways than traditional strength training allows.
​
We are big believers in gymnastics being one of the best ways to learn control of the body, bodyweight strength and mobility.
​
Gain strength on parallette bars, rings and on the floor as we gain skills unlike what you've tried before.
