Holistic Fitness believes in movement.
We believe in optimising your results with key movement patterns that teach your body how to function correctly and maximise results. There are no fads and gimmicks, just real training and real results.

Specialising in movement correction and strength development, we are for everybody who wishes to enhance their training via movement learning and getting strong.

Utilising bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and gymnastic techniques, we create programs that will have you performing and moving as athletically as possible all the while learning and becoming knowledgeable in the world of strength and fitness.
Your Strength and Movement Coach
Ian Kahui

Ian, owner and head coach of Holistic Fitness, has 10 years of fitness industry experience and has a passion for all things movement and strength.

Over the years, he has worked with all levels of client ranging from the fat loss client, muscle gain client, and professional athletes.
​
His philosophies when it comes to training are simple:

1. Train everyday in some capacity
​
2. Utilise big, multi-joint movements to get strong
​
3. Practice these movements day in, day out to create mastery
​
4. Train heavy, not hard
​
This approach has lead Ian to training many clients and athletes to never before attained strength levels and he wants to help you achieve the most out of your body and educate you on movement and strength.
